I can’t find a shop that sells Planet Earth

Click on shop locator in the top navigation and contact one of the listed shops. In some countries you can click the BUY button on each of our product pages and we will have the Planet Earth dealer closest to you ship you the product. If your favorite shop doesn’t sell Planet Earth, tell them to do a good deed and order some up.

How do I warranty a product?

NEVER SEND PRODUCT BACK TO PLANET EARTH DIRECTLY
You must contact the Planet Earth dealer that you purchased it from, including online purchases.
If you purchased with our BUY NOW button, you must contact the dealer that shipped you the product. They will inform you of your options.
If there are no Planet Earth dealers near you or in your country then you will need to ship it back to the original shop you purchased it from
Note: (All shipping expenses are your responsibility).

How do I get sponsored?

We don’t have a traditional style of sponsorship, actually we don’t sponsor anyone. We instead put that money toward developing smarter, more environmentally sensitive products that you can afford.

Can you send me free stickers?

We’re going to have a bunch arriving this fall so follow the below directions & we'll send you some then. Thanks!

Just send us a standard size (no insane big envelopes), self addressed, stamped envelope and we’ll stuff it with stickers and mail it back to you. Mail to PLANET EARTH in your country Attention: FREE STICKERS PLEASE! Letters, ideas, cool pics is always appreciated by the sticker dude.
