Seriously the ski town of Breckenridge Colorado just voted to legalize Marijuana as reported in the SUMMIT DAILY . If this is their latest scheme to boost season pass sales, they may be geniuses. The mystery inside this riddle however is the fact that even though it's now legal by state law to posses up to 1 ounce it's somehow still illegal under national law. To add to this conundrum, the Breckenridge measure does not refer to marijuana use, only marijuana possession. So go ahead and feel free to carry an ounce of weed around with you, no problem mon. just don't inhale!
